Meeting with the Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu State University of Cahul - the final event for 2017 Information Day Campaign
The National Erasmus+ Office has organised on Wednesday, December 6th, at the Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu State University of Cahul, an informational session on the opportunities available for Moldovan universities under Erasmus+ and presented the novelties of the 2018 Call for proposals.
The event has concluded the annual national campaign Information Day, launched on September 14th, 2017, in Chisinau.
The campaign has targeted both students and teachers from Chisinau, Balti, Cahul, and Comrat and pointed out fostering of the Erasmus+ opportunities among the participants.
The Moldovan students can make use of the short-term academic mobilities (ICM) in European Universities, depending on the partnerships home university has established in Erasmus+.
At the same time, the young people from the Republic of Moldova which have acquired the bachelor degree can choose a master programme in the framework of Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree.
The university staff can benefit from training and teaching mobilities, but also can represent a source of both student and staff mobilities as following the established contacts.
Moldovan universities can become partners in setting up Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree Programmes.
As well, Higher Education institutions can lead or be partners in capacity building projects taking into the consideration the national and regional priorities.
Another option that can be harnessed by the university staff is the specific action Jean Monnet which accepts the proposals of the modules, chairs, and centres of excellence aiming to promote the research and teaching about the European Union in all over the world.
