Students and teachers of "Alecu Russo" University of Balti and State Agrarian University of Moldova are invited to apply for scholarships offered within EFFORT, the Erasmus Mundus programme. Selection criterias, areas of study, as well as the documents required to apply are available on the EFFORT programme's website. Information about the programme can also be requested from the universities' departments for international relations. 

In the same time, the call is also opened for students of other Moldovan universities, if they meet the eligibility criteria. They will be evaluated as within target group 2. 

The deadline for application is February 20th, 2016. 

EFFORT is an Erasmus Mundus Action 2 programme. It is addresed to the following partner countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. The programme is also developed in several EU countries, like Greece, Portugal, Estoria and France.
