The Call for mobility projects is closed

The Call for proposals for Key action 1 - Credit Mobility, launched in October 2015 within Erasmus+ closed on February the 2nd, 2016. Thus, Moldovan Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) that have not yet identified mobility partners amongst universities from the Programme Countries (all states part of European Union + Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway and Turkey), cannot further participate in the Call for the 2016-2017 academic year.

Moldovan universities that managed to establish partnerships with HEIs from EU for 2016-2017 and were included in the project proposals for being financed now have to wait for the selection results.

Institutions from Republic of Moldova can’t apply directly for mobility projects. HEIs must identify partners, amongst universities from EU that are willing to include Moldova in their mobility project proposals. The proposals are sent to the national Erasmus+ Agencies from Programme Countries and then analyzed by these institutions. The results of the selection are expected to be published before the start of the 2016-2017 academic year.

Mobility projects are addressed to students and academic staff and allow them to benefit of study scholarships, exchange of experience or teaching activities in HEIs from EU countries. During 2015-2016 over 240 students and university teachers from Moldova have or will benefit from academic mobility within Erasmus+ Programme, due to the interinstitutional agreements signed between Moldovan universities and 27 HEIs from 12 European countries.
