Field monitoring: The implementation of academic mobility projects and the Elevate Project at ASEM

The National Erasmus+ Office has held on Thursday, November 30th, a monitoring session at the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova on the academic mobility projects implemented at the university starting 2015.

The goal of this exercise was to strengthen the quality of the mobility projects' implementation.

In this regard, the NEO Moldova representatives have discussed with the management of the university, but also with the mobilities' beneficiary from ASEM, for further supporting a good implementation of the projects.

Also, the Elevate (Elevating the Internationalisation of Higher Education in Moldova), the first capacity building in Higher Education Project lead by a Moldovan university in Erasmus+ Programme, has been monitored by the NEO staff. The representatives of all Moldovan involved institutions participated in the meeting. As a structural project, it includes the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Research from Moldova.

The project is aiming to promote and support the internationalization of the Moldovan universities involved in this project through the consolidation of the international relation offices, increasing the English language skills among the university staff, and setting up the internationalization strategies according to the university’s needs.
