Erasmus+ HEREs team reunited in a working meeting

The team of Higher Education Reform Experts (HEREs) that activates in Republic of Moldova within European Union's Erasmus+ Programme has reunited for its first meeting of 2016. The session was held at the National Erasmus+ Office (NEO) with the participation of Fabien Schaeffer, the representative of EU Delegation in Moldova.

The experts established the schedule for the participation in international events planned for 2016 and agreed to finalize the working plan for the next year within one week.

NEO coordinator, Claudia Melinte, presented the activity report for 2015, prepared based on each HEREs member’s contribution. Also, the team decided to continue the tradition, initiated in the first year of its activity, and to publish, at the end of the year, a brochure with articles signed by the experts referring to the most important aspects in Higher Education in 2016 (the 2015 edition can be accessed here). Another target set by the HEREs is to further organize activities related to both informing and involving students in universities' decision-making matters.

The Higher Education Reform Experts in Moldova has 7 members, representatives of the Ministry of Education, higher education institutions and Students Alliance. They have the mission to offer their vast experience to local authorities and stakeholders in reforming the educational sector, contributing to policy development.
