The Additional Call for Credit Mobility, officially OPENED!

The Additional Call for Credit Mobility has been officially opened. Starting June 12th, moldovan universities can join mobility projects for their staff and students, alongside European Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), for the second round this year.

The deadline for the second Call for Key Action 1 – International Credit Mobility (ICM) has been set for September 24th, 2015. The length of the projects will be limited to 16 months, beginning on 1 February 2016. Only HEIs from Programme Countries can apply for a mobility project.

11 Moldovan universities have already announced their intention to search for partners from countries that participate into the second round of the Call with Eastern Partnership countries - Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Malta, Slovenia, Spain and The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. In these Programme Countries funds for mobility projects are still available for Eastern Partnership countries, after the first round of applications (closed on 4 March 2015).

After the partnership agreement will be signed, the application will be submitted by the university from the Programme country. If the project will be accepted for financing, the HEIs will establish all the details of the mobility agreement. The final beneficiary of the mobility projects can be students (doing their studies at Bachelor, Master or Doctorate) and academic staff (for study visits, teaching or training activities).

National Erasmus+ Office in Moldova encourages all Moldovan HEIs to take advantage of this unique opportunity and find partners willing to develop and apply for mobility projects.

Official representatives of EU institutions in Moldova could assist Moldovan universities in finding partners amongst European HEIs for developing new Erasmus+ projects.
